Privacy Policy

QuickDesk collects the minimum data required to provide the service: your Discord user ID, username, and server information. This data is stored securely in Supabase and is never sold to third parties.

Ticket messages and transcripts are stored to enable the support dashboard. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us on Discord.

We use PostHog for anonymous usage analytics and Sentry for error monitoring. These tools are loaded only after your consent.
