Yes. QuickDesk works on any Discord server where you have admin rights. Gaming, crypto, creative communities, SaaS — all supported. Setup takes less than 5 minutes.

Most users have their first ticket panel running in under 5 minutes. You add the bot, it automatically creates channels and posts the button. That's it.

Yes, completely. Both are the same conversation synchronized in real time via Supabase Realtime. A message sent from Discord appears instantly in the dashboard, and vice versa.

The bot generates a full conversation transcript and sends it to the member via DM with a link. On Pro and Premium plans, AI also writes a 3-sentence summary and stores it in the dashboard.

When a member sends their first message, the AI reads it and detects the category (billing, bug, general support...), language and urgency. It takes about half a second. If the message is too vague, it asks 1-2 clarifying questions.

All data is stored on Supabase with Row-Level Security — each server can only access its own data. We use HSTS, strict CSP, and GDPR-compliant storage (EU region). You can request complete data deletion at any time.

On the Free plan, you can create up to 10 panels. Beyond that, the dashboard shows a clear message and you can upgrade in a few clicks. No data is lost, existing panels continue to work.
