Everything you need to set up and run QuickDesk on your Discord server.
Quick Start
Get QuickDesk running on your server in under 5 minutes.
- 1Go to quickdesk.app and click Add to Discord.
- 2Authorize the bot and select the server you want to manage.
- 3On the Dashboard, click your server to open its overview.
- 4Create a Category (e.g.
Support) to group related tickets. - 5Create a Panel in any Discord channel — this posts a button members can click.
- 6Members click the button → a private ticket channel is created → manage it from the Dashboard or directly in Discord.

Bot Commands
All commands use Discord slash commands. Type / in any channel where the bot has access to see them.

FAQ
How do I invite the bot?
From the Dashboard, click "Invite bot" next to your server, or use the "Add to Discord" button on the homepage. You need Manage Server permissions on the target server.
Does it work with multiple servers?
Yes. Each server has its own isolated dashboard, settings, panels, and ticket history. Staff roles are configured per server.
What crypto do you accept?
BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT (TRC-20), and TRX via Plisio. Card payments via Stripe.
How do I get support?
Join our Discord server for community support, or email support@quickdesk.app. Pro users get email support within 48h; Premium users get priority support within 24h.
Can I customise the bot name or avatar?
Pro plan allows a custom bot avatar. Premium plan allows a custom avatar and name.
Are transcripts stored forever?
Free plan stores transcripts for 7 days, Pro for 90 days, Premium indefinitely. Transcripts are encrypted at rest in Supabase Storage.
